Take a peek at the SSOW China 2021 Preliminary Agenda

The global COVID-19 pandemic has made organisations in China realise the true benefit of digitisation and remote solutions. Business leaders in China are increasingly exploring different electronic tools and technology to enhance business efficiency, service delivery and more. This is also encouraged by the Chinese Government, who has made e-invoicing a priority for all companies in 2020.

After going through a “virtual-only” reality, companies recognise the need to re-evaluate existing business models and adopt digital technologies to streamline processes and become more efficient. Returning to Shanghai in 2021, the 9th China Shared Services & Outsourcing Week will explore how SSCs can strive ahead and emerge stronger through digital acceleration, people and process transformation.
