I have been in Mars for almost 18 years, with my greatest passion in Digital Technologies and talent development. I truly believe that Digital Technologies is the change agent to make the difference for both the work and the life for everyone. My 18 years career experiences in Mars are all in digital technologies, including strategic planning, program/project deployment and global IT operations, to empower business success through business information management, business process optimization, technical innovation and operational excellence. From 2015, I took the role as the China hub leader of MGS (Mars Global Service, covering IT, HR, procurement and finance) to drive the priorities to support ONE MGS transformation in AP region, including end-to-end service optimization, digital innovation, talent strategy cross functions and culture/behavior to build the Great Place to Work in Mars.
