Darren’s career spans a number of industry segments including banking and finance, insurance, funds management, outsourcing, and utilities. This experience has included being an executive team member as well as a Director of Industry Associations. Senior executive roles spanning Operations and Technology, Customer Service Channels including Contact Centres, Internet Sales and Branches, Marketing, Product, Distribution strategy and Sales leadership across multiple countries. 

He joined ActiveOps as a director in 2006 to lead the customer acquisition and marketing strategies across the Asia Pacific region. He brings extensive corporate practitioner experience to the team having held senior executive positions in Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management and Utilities. His leadership experience includes Operations, Technology, Customer Service channels both branch and digital channels along with sales, marketing, product and strategy across multiple countries.
