Kathy currently looks after Global HR Shared Services for the DFS Group. Prior to being appointed as Global Head of HR Shared Services, she was DFS’ Asia Head for Compensation & Benefits. Before joining DFS, Kathy was leading the Asia Operations looking after HR Employee Services across Asia in Citibank.   Her other HR appointments include VP of Rewards at MediaCorp Pte Ltd and Regional Reward & Operations Manager with Visa International.  Kathy has many years of HR experience, and her specialization is in Rewards and HR Operations/Shared Services functions.
