Eva has experience outsourcing industry for more than 14 years in different HR roles in Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Malta. She joined Ingram Micro GBS at the time of startup in 2012 as HR Director, located in Sofia, Bulgaria and currently the global Ingram Micro GBS is covering full scope of operations from its two centers in Sofia and Manila.
Eva has built an efficient HR organization, to grow from scratch and sustain an organization of 1000+ associates in Bulgaria. Implementing ‘IM ENGAGED’ program, has put Diversity and Inclusion, SCR and personal development as some of the priorities for Bulgarian Ingram Micro organization.
Eva made learning and development, leading with empathy and purpose a key differentiator to attract talent and drive productivity and associate engagement. An all-encompassing ‘Leadership Academy’ is tailored to different levels in the organization and with the future in mind, will focus on upskilling social, technical, people management and leadership competencies: Franklyn Covey’s programs, Ericsson coaching, Design Thinking, Data Literacy, etc.
Innovation, open mindedness and leading with purpose are Eva’s main drivers, evidenced by her contributions to actively promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace and evangelizing corporate social responsibility events and incentives.
