As Global Head of HR Service Delivery, Fausto provides leadership for HR Service Delivery organization, managing over 800 employees in over 40 country locations.
We deliver a broad range of HR Services and supports all core HR processes and systems as well as customer engagements, looking for simplification and standardization to achieve customer satisfaction; we drive our business with data and continuous improvement, aspiring to build experiences that matters.
With 25 years experience working in the IT industry of which 15 spent in SAP HR, he has held various roles in Total Rewards, Business Partner, HR Operations and Talent Management.
Before joining SAP in 2001, Fausto held previous positions as a HR Business Partner and Project Manager in Compaq for 2 years and R&D engineer in Hewlett Packard for 5 years.
He studied Electronic Science and Information Technology at the Parma University (Italy).
