European IT Manager URSA

Gregor Miklavčič is the European IT Manager at URSA with solid experience in digital transformation for a variety of business areas and enterprise functions in both national and international environments. His 25 years of IT experience began as an IBM AS/400 system operator and took him various to IT-management related tasks for various business units at multinational construction companies. Most recently his focus was on business process optimization and intelligent automation technologies. Gregor has been at URSA for over two decades, providing process and IT management for aligning cross-organizational teams. Based in Novo Mesto, Slovenia, he is responsible for the Europe-wide implementation and rollout of business management technologies such as Esker for both local and regional teams as well as at URSA’s Shared Service Center in Poland.
