Harry is currently the Chief People Officer at Rolls-Royce and member of the Executive Leadership Team. He has spent 9 years with the company holding a number of senior leadership positions, including Group Operations Strategy Director and President, Nuclear Division. Prior to joining Rolls-Royce Harry had a distinguished career in the British Army, fulfilling some of Defence's most demanding appointments, both as a commander of special forces on combat operations and as a strategic planner in the UK’s Ministry of Defence. Harry is a non-executive director for the Go Ahead Group plc and until 2019, chaired the Royal Foundation’s Endeavour Fund.
