Javier Sánchez initiated his career at thyssenkrupp in 1995 where he joined the controlling of the automotive supply segment.
After working in different countries and companies of the group, he assumed the responsibility for the shared services project in 2009 and set up the german shared service unit of the group. Today Javier Sánchez is responsible for global shared services operations at thyssenkrupp, with centers in Europe and India.
