Jo Hart is a highly experienced and successful leader in the Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Services area. Jo has over 30 years of experience in driving GBS strategy, and delivering improved performance, quality and service in demanding and complex organisations.
In his most recent role, Jo was the Managing Director of Deloitte’s Global Finance Services (GFS) where he led the strategic and detailed design and build of GFS. Alongside this, Jo was instrumental in the implementation of the S/4HANA ERP system, and subsequently became the leader responsible for the service delivery and performance of the operation.
Jo has recently started working as a Senior Executive Advisor to Serviceware to advise on the positioning of Serviceware’s Financial Management solutions that support some of the key challenges Jo has faced during his career in shared services. Particular areas of focus include service costing and gaining transparency over the end to end cost of service delivery.
