Johan has more than 20 years of experience in driving technology based transformation. With a background from multiple industries such as FMCG, Industrial Manufacturing, Healthcare and Aviation, and ranging from pure startups to multinationals, including Tetra Pak, with multiple roles, he certainly has a broad experience. Now, most recently, he is leading the transformation of several back office functions in Oriflame Cosmetics. “I have a passion for technology”- Johan says, “so my approach is typically trying to find ways to automate and offload people to do what people do best, lead and manage, not transact.”
