Judith Garcia Galiana

Vice President, Global Service Centers 3M

Known for her energetic, proactive and inclusive leadership style, Judith Garcia Galiana is an executive at 3M Company with 30+ years of experience across diverse businesses and international markets.


She currently serves as Vice President for Global Service Centers, supporting the whole company and its 100+ subsidiaries worldwide by providing all services, from Finance to Sourcing, HR, IT, Taxes or Customer Service.


Judith started her career as a process engineer at 3M’s Rivas manufacturing plant in Madrid, Spain. From there, she moved to roles with increasing responsibility in technical support, sales and marketing. In 1997, she became the first woman to serve in the Operating Committee for 3M Iberia. Other leadership positions she’s held include Managing Director for 3M Turkey, Six Sigma Director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, Global Vice President for the Home Care (Scotch-Brite) Division Vice President for Change Management.


Judith holds an MBA from the IESE – Universidad de Navarra and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the ETSIIM – Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain. Born in Madrid, she has lived in Milan, Brussels, London, and Istanbul before her current home in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In addition to her native Spanish language, she is fluent in English and French.


Besides her responsibilities at work, Judith also takes time to volunteer for causes important to her. She is the Executive Sponsor for the Latino Resource Network at 3M, which includes 400+ employees of Hispanic/Latino origin and is the Board Chair of PROSPANICA, the largest association in the US for Hispanic professionals. She also serves on the Board of the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra.

Judith and her husband Alberto are avid skiers, and they both share a passion for classical music, opera and art.
