Michael has held several executive roles in the Order to Cash cycle at multinationals. In this role the focus is on delivering value and innovation to the customer. This resulted in successful programs to improve the process. This included the creation of shared services and the introduction of state of art global credit- and collection tooling. At adidas Michael is driving the introduction and implementation of an end-to-end vision in business-to-business and direct-to-consumer to deliver value to the customer.
After obtaining his MBA Michael successfully finished several trainings at INSEAD, IMD and Harvard Business School.
