Shared Service Architects is a dynamic teaching company, focused on equipping politicians, board members, chief executives and senior managers in the public sector with the skills and knowledge to innovate and initiate successful shared service and collaborative transformation solutions. SSA has developed a suite of high quality practitioner focused learning materials, which provide a qualifications pathway to the UK’s first Post Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Shared Services in partnership with Canterbury Christ Church University.
This is achieved through translating academic research into the teaching of practical collaboration skills and knowledge to senior management across the public sector. Through our research, publications and teaching we enhance the body of knowledge and disseminate new ideas on how to successfully deliver innovative and rapid collaborations.
The company is a spin-out from key research work at Canterbury Christ Church University into the skills and knowledge required by leaders and senior managers to be successful in shared service working.
There are four full time staff and five associate tutors working across the UK on shared service teaching projects. We also partner (shared services) with a number of organisations including Canterbury Christ Church University and CIPFA on the delivery of projects to the public sector.
We are always interested in forming new partnerships with other organisations too, who are working in the shared service and collaborative transformation space. Please contact our MD, Manny Gatt if you would like to discuss a collaboration.
