With over 20 years of experience in Global Business Services as well as Finance and IT management advisory, I currently hold the position of EY Global Business Services (GBS) Lead Partner, leading one of the EY top pivotal solutions. My key engagement in various large-scale Global projects has supported transformations for leading clients worldwide. I’m the creator of EY Global Business and Shared Services Leaders’ Clubs – initiatives that unify more than 100 Global and European organizations. I’ve spent three years with EY India as the Finance Transformation Leader, which offered me and my family a remarkable professional and personal experience in a fast-growing, emerging country. Before joining EY, I held leading roles at a multinational technology company. I have broad-ranging, cross-industry advisory experience with deep knowledge in retail, automotive and life sciences. I help clients understand how GBS is a key pillar for sustainable growth, to enable them to reach lean operation, superior customer journey, an agile operating platform, as well as strategic workforce concept to successfully drive digital transformation. Facing this omnipresent digital disruption, organizations are grappling with a more complex and volatile reality than the world has ever seen before. In my daily work, I focus on the challenges of the Transformative Age, helping organizations leapfrog from merely cutting costs and bundling process-based activities together, to unlocking their back office potential to drive digitization and building their GBS as a “transformation engine.” Working with globally renowned companies, I help EY clients recognize that their Global Business Services or Shared Services set-up can be transformed into an innovation hub, taking a lead role in an organization-wide digital transformation.
