He built out governance structure and frameworks for RPA, Process mining and customer facing channel digitization. He has insights to multiple PRA programs and learnt how to implement sustainable use cases and how to scale automation. Now he is in life science industry building the Automation Center of Excellence for Thermo Fisher Scientific, the industry leader in serving science. Thermo Fisher is a $24B company that just started it’s journey to shared services a few years ago but as the company is growing in an amazing pace the shared service unit: Global Business Services is also growing and maturing much faster than most of the shared services.
