Dennis Liu is the Service Delivery Centre Lead for IBM Global Process Services. He is responsible for the service delivery of Business Process Outsourcing to Asia Pacific clients across; Finance Accounting, Supply Chain Management and Human Resource domains.
Dennis has a Master’s degree in Economics from Dalian University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Dennis has worked in the Business Process Outsourcing industry for more than 16 years, with almost 7 years at IBM Global Process Services. He has previous experience in banking, with Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, and in trading.
Philip is a Senior Director at The Hackett Group, providing actionable insights and bottom line benefit through transformation consulting in all support functions: Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Customer and Corporate Services. He provides solutions in Global/Enterprise Business Services, Outsourcing, Finance, Enterprise Performance Management and Functional Transformation.
Recently he has been involved in:
- Benchmarking across Finance, HR, Procurement and IT
- Global Business Services/Shared Services feasibility, design and implementation
- Assessments of Global Business Services including comparisons of in-sourcing vs. outsourcing and near-shore vs. offshore
- The development of a comprehensive professional qualification for GBS professionals
- Service delivery model optimisation strategies and a range of process, organisation and technology improvement projects.
Philip has 20 years of consulting experience following a successful career as a Finance Director and Shared Services Director. He is FCMA, CGMA qualified and holds a BA with Honours in Economics from Leeds University.

Darren is Associate Director, Global Corporate Relations with the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. He works with a range of global employers providing support around their strategic business challenges and priorities. He has aided many of these organisations in implementing global study and training programmes to enhance the skills and capabilities of their employees around the world – both in core finance and GBS. Darren has extensive experience in sales and customer services and support in the oil & gas, consulting, construction, research, food and drinks industries.
