Caroline is advising SSON and other partners, how to build and strengthen shared services. Caroline is leading and advising companies in driving their Diversity & Inclusion programs. Caroline is a passionate leader, who has loved every single assignment in both P&G, Bacardi and now Mondelez.

In 2005, Naomi Secor began her career with SSON in New York City. There she produced and ran SSON’s US. events portfolio until 2008 at which time she expanded her role to SSON’s Global Events Producer.
