For anyone who’s looking to reassess their global sourcing strategy — check out Lithuania. Salaries are low, technology is high, the Government is offering attractive financial incentives and the EU provides funding for training. Apart from that, many others have already set up their operations here...
So what does Lithuania have to offer over other destinations? With a bunch of multinationals providing services in the English, German, Russian, Polish and Scandinavian languages for the entire European market, Lithuania's shared services and outsourcing market is growing but is still not an overloaded location for shared services and outsourcing business developments.
