HR Shared Services Manager

A well known organisation is currently looking to recruit an HR Shared Services Manager to their West Sussex head office.

As HR Shared Services Manager your role will be to initially drive the implementation and integration of the HR Shared Service centre and then manage the day to day running of the operational HR Shared Services team (team of 25).

While motivating, leading and managing the team you will deliver a comprehensive HR Shared Service Centre providing high levels of customer service levels. Responsibilities will include managing ongoing KPI's, quality of service, managing HR processes, systems, benefits and policies and all first line queries.

Suitable candidates will have a proven HR Generalist background with solid experience setting up and then running an HR Shared Service Centre. Large team management and leadership experience will also be key.
