For operational managers tasked with building a strong, integrated services network across the Asia-Pacific region, getting talent right is a key strategic enabler. This is specifically so as operations in the region have been traditionally fragmented, but are now often brought into shared services models via consolidation, to operate as regional hubs.

Many of these hubs are located in Malaysia, with the knock-on effect that experienced talent is aggressively pursued and sought after – and easily lured away by newcomers.
