When considering a new location, opening an additional centre or perhaps setting up your first shared services centre, many factors are incorporated into the evaluation. Ross Mackay, VP and Head of Global Finance Services - Asia Pacific at DHL Express shared his reflections on why Malaysia is the right fit for their organisation and highlighted other components for consideration such as ease of going business in a country during the 19th Annual Asian Shared Services & Outsourcing Week 2016 in Singapore.
