Before joining Forrester, Bernhard held various tech management positions at Merck in Darmstadt, Germany. He built and ran the enterprise architecture management discipline, acted as chief architect to the CIO, and drove the transformation of the IT organization to a customer-obsessed, business-performance-enabling organization. Bernhard also led the digital transformation of Merck’s Performance Materials business sector and managed the Technology Innovation Group of Merck’s shared services function. Prior to joining Merck, Bernhard worked in the consulting industry with a strong focus on business process management, enterprise architecture management, organizational transformation, and change management.

Being a passionate technologist, Sateesh has been instrumental in establishing many foundational technology capabilities that drive todays EdgeVerve strategy. With deep roots in supply chain, he was one of the pioneers of Internet of Things (IoT) in its early days and is a founding member of Auto-ID Center at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), which created the global standard system for RFID and other sensors.

Before joining Infosys, Sateesh held various senior management positions consulting for fortune 500 CPG, HealthCare, Retail, Automotive and Logistics companies in North America and Europe. Sateesh has been on the board of various startup firms in the IoT and pervasive computing space. Sateesh holds a Master’s Degree in Bio Medicine, research credentials from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (New Jersey) and a bachelor in Instrumentation Technology from SJCE (Mysore). Sateesh is a classical Violinist passionately working for the cause of fine arts and a marathoner.
