Matthew Wilde
Director Shared Services

Matthew Wilde is a Director for the shared services organization at iHeartMedia responsible for the day to day operations in the credit, cash applications, collections, reporting and RPA teams.

Matthew has been managing operational teams for 16 years while continuously leading process improvement efforts. He has been with iHeartMedia for 5 years; working in the shared services organization for the past three years and before that the corporate strategic initiatives office for two years. Before joining iHeartMedia, Matthew worked for a Fortune 500 BPO company where he managed operations and lead a cost cutting initiatives team that worked on 1000’s of process for client portfolios.

Matthew took part in the initial implementation of Robotic Process Automation at iHeartMedia and manages the COE today.

Charles Shifflet
Vice President, Shared Services

Charles Shifflet is the Vice President of iHeartMedia’s shared services organization responsible for the strategic and operational performance of the credit to cash process. Charles has more than 20 years of experience designing, implementing, transforming, and managing multiple facets of shared service operations. He has been leading and transforming iHeartMedia’s shared services organization for the past three years.  Prior to joining iHeartMedia, Charles held operational and customer services roles within Fortune 100 companies. Charles’s experience crosses multiple industries and functional areas both nationally and internationally.  He has been responsible for internal shared service organizations as well as business outsourcing organizations.  In addition to working with multiple system vendors and proprietary technology platforms, Charles has introduced Robotic Process Automation within iHeartMedia.

Shail Khiyara
Chief Marketing Officer

Shail Khiyara brings 20 years of executive and marketing experience in the technology industry in a variety of senior leadership roles. He has a track record of success in the technology industry, most recently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer of Model N (NYSE: MODN) where he drove worldwide marketing efforts leading to creating messaging around the unification of CRM & RM (Revenue Management ) into CRM-2 (CRM squared) to turn Relationships into Revenue and position MODN as the leader in LifeSciences and HighTech Revenue Management. Shail also served at the CMO and Chief Customer Officer of Spigit, where he helped create a category around Innovation Management Software, and took the company to a successful acquisition. 

Shail holds an MBA from Yale University, completed the Strategic Leadership Program from Harvard Business School and has an MS in Engineering. 


Barbara Hodge
Global Editor
Shared Services and Outsourcing Network – SSON

Barbara Hodge is SSON's Global Editor and has been with the organization since 2000, having joined to launch Shared Services News (remember hard copy magazines?). She is now responsible for SSON's online portal content, including industry reports, case studies, surveys, interviews, etc – as well as everything else that makes SSON the most trusted space for practitioners from around the world. 
Barbara uses her extensive industry knowledge and connections to provide a unique perspective on the latest trends and developments across the SS&O landscape. She is the voice of, SSON’s online content portal, and she regularly conducts interviews with key industry figures to ensure SSON is a one-stop shop for shared services and outsourcing resources.
Prior to joining SSON, Barbara was Editorial Director at Armstrong Information, a London-based specialist publishing firm, with responsibility for launch and editorial content management for a number of management journals, including corporate communication, change management and business process reengineering. She started her career with Deutsche Bank Capital Markets in London, back in the days when investment banking seemed the cool place to be.
