Adrienne Hill is the Vice President of the Automation Center of Excellence for Servicing at American Express.

Adrienne began her career at American Express in 1993 as a Customer Care Professional and has held roles of increasing and varying responsibility since then, including leadership roles in engineering, banking, capacity planning and forecasting, project management and process automation.  Adrienne is a certified Black Belt and earned her B.S. and M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

American Express

Enid Martinez is the Director of the Automation Center of Excellence for Servicing in American Express. 

For more than 15 years, Enid has earned a reputation for success in multimillion-dollar program, project, and operations management for leading global corporations, including American Express, Boston Scientific, and Cordis Johnson & Johnson. During this time, Enid have leveraged high-performing teams, vendors, key resources, along with her technical expertise to drive unprecedented performance. Enid has a  Bachelor in  Industrial Engineering from the UNIVERSITY OF PUERTO RICO – Mayaguez, Campus. She is  certified in Green Belt, Black Belt, and Lean Six sigma.
