This webinar will take place on:
2019-08-22
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM EST

Dentsu Aegis Network started its automation journey in 2018. Now the organization is on track to give over 100,000 hours back to the business, rededicating that time to create even more value for clients. In this webinar, learn how Brian Klochkoff, Director of Automation Solutions at Dentsu Aegis Network, is leading the organization’s digital transformation by going beyond RPA to scale automations in an intelligent way across its businesses to increasingly reduce mid office tasks that have a direct impact on billable resources and clients while creating—not eliminating—jobs in the process.

From this session you will learn how to:

  • Discover potential use cases for automation of high-volume repetitive tasks, data transformation, calculations, and analysis in your business
  • Democratize automation and decide which tasks are better for humans and which are better for automation
  • Prioritize your potential use cases and identify those that will have the most immediate impact on your organization
  • Design an automation roadmap to go from deployment to scaling
  • Build a business case and proof of concept for initial and future automation
  • Create new jobs, upskill current employees, and create new skills in the workforce
