Liz has over 15 years experience, focused on working with organizations to establish appropriate governance mechanisms to ensure success in management outsourcing relationships. Liz specializes in the set-up of governance arrangements for complex, multi-tower, global or portfolio outsourcing arrangements. She is experienced in reviewing, remediating and improving underperforming relationships.
