Day 1 - 8 September 2026

11:15 AM Before You Deploy AI Agents, Stabilize the Work

Agentic AI is often discussed through use cases, demos, and technology capability. But in enterprise operations, the more practical question is whether the work is ready for an agent to enter it.

AI agents do not operate in clean process maps. They enter the workflows, handoffs, approvals, exceptions, data issues, and ownership gaps that already exist inside the organization. If that work is unstable, the agent may not solve the problem. It may move the problem faster.

This session will offer a practical readiness lens for shared services and enterprise leaders preparing to scale Agentic AI. It will focus on three questions organizations should answer before deploying agents into operational workflows:

  • Is the process stable?
  • Who owns the decision?
  • How will value be measured?

Attendees will leave with a simple way to evaluate whether a workflow is ready for Agentic AI before moving from pilot to scale.
