Luis Huerta

Before joining Firstsource as a VP and Market Leader for Intelligent Automation in the UK, Luis served as the European Automation Practice Lead at Cognizant, and before that, as a Technology Solutions Director for leading European BPOs such as Williams Lea Tag and Capita plc. He has delivered automation solutions to a number of clients including the top investment banks as well as leading manufacturing, telco, and government organizations. Whilst some of the largest programs Luis oversaw achieved 7-digit FTE efficiencies through intelligent automation, his passion is centred on liberating client organizations from low-value and repetitive tasks, so they can focus their precious resources and creativity on delivering competitive advantage in their businesses.
