Rajeev brings over 25 years of global finance leadership experience, with expertise spanning Financial Accounting, FP&A, Legal Entity Controllership, Reporting, Project Management, and Finance Transformation. He has led regional and global teams across EMEA, APAC, the Americas, and the Middle East, driving strategic transformation and operational excellence. Throughout his career, Rajeev has worked with leading organizations including HSBC, Macquarie, Credit Suisse, Genpact, and Wipro. At HSBC, he led Record-to-Report Operations for HSBC UK Bank and later managed Group FP&A and Stress Test Reporting, driving finance transformation and operational efficiency in partnership with Group Strategy. In his role as PCC Leader, Rajeev leads the Chennai site with over 1,200 employees, focusing on positioning the center as an employer of choice. Together with the site leadership team, he drives engagement and change initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging culture. Rajeev is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, and holds a Master of Commerce degree
