Vincent Lacour leads the Global Order to Cash organization at Xerox. With more than 20 years at Lexmark – acquired by Xerox in July 2025 – he has held a range of senior leadership positions across Supply Chain, IT, and Global Business Services. In early 2026, Vincent was appointed VP, Global Order to Cash, with a clear mandate to fast-track post-acquisition integration and operate as one unified organization. His focus: shifting O2C from a transactional function toward value creation, elevating the customer and stakeholder experience, and delivering sustainable cost savings. Vincent brings a practitioner's perspective on large-scale GBS transformation – from building and scaling global delivery centers to navigating the operating model choices between outsourcing, insourcing, and AI-enabled automation.
