James Bradley

Senior Vice President & General Manager Global Business Services Kelly Services

James H. Bradley is senior vice president, Global Business Services (GBS) and Global Talent Solutions (GTS), of Kelly Services. Kelly is a global provider of workforce solutions, always thinking about what’s next in the story of work, connecting talented people to companies in need of their skills and designing talent strategies that help businesses embrace the value of all workers and workstyles.

GBS is the global delivery arm of operational shared services and financial shared services for Kelly’s staffing businesses in the Americas and for the GTS segment. GTS includes Kelly’s global Outsourcing and Consulting Group (OCG) businesses, and the centralized staffing operations in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.

Under Jim’s leadership, the integrated GBS organizations deliver a diversity of back-end applicant services for hundreds of thousands of temporary employees each year within the America’s organization and OCG. The GTS segment is focused on growing Kelly’s global client portfolio and driving innovative workforce strategies into the market. This segment of business reflects the trend of larger companies that have adopted holistic talent supply chain solutions that encompass both talent fulfillment and outcome based services.

Jim joined Kelly Services in 1996 as vice president and was promoted to senior vice president in 1999. During his tenure at Kelly he has managed teams responsible for customer solution delivery and implementation, and was accountable for speed of adoption and ongoing program governance. His most recent role was as senior vice president in the KellyOCG organization with global responsibility for the MSP, CWO, and PPO practices. He has also had responsibility for several internal operational functions throughout Kelly.

Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Fordham University in New York, and has a background in IT product management.
