End-to-end process optimization is a powerful operational objective that can transform entire operating models via intelligent automation. Combining traditional methods like Continuous Improvement with the advantages of digital technologies is unleashing a whole new value proposition – efficiency gains, improved customer experience, and a competitive edge.

The challenge, however, is that end-to-end cannot just be ‘implemented’ as an initiative. To succeed, it requires two things: true process understanding; and a receptive ecosystem in the form of a ‘rebooted’ enterprise culture.

It’s the cultural lag that has, to date, derailed so many attempts at end-to-end transformation.
