Automation, AI, Analytics, Risk Management, Fraud Control, Cloud Capabilities
Welcome To The World of Modernized Accounts Payable

Accounts Payable has benefited from shared services-driven efficiencies for years. Despite this, however, plenty of opportunities still present themselves to drive even better results. Today, for example, nearly 3/4 of shared services list control and standardization as top benefits. The transparency and "real-time" effect of modern AP strategies provide reassurance, alongside performance.

But where are the opportunities today? For those whose AP departments are still stuck in manual and siloed processing - how do they build an obvious business case to modernize? And for those already embarked on their "digital journey" - what's next?

SSON's 2020 "AP Automation" Digital Summit shares what's working, SSO investment priorities, and how they are improving the value of their AP departments with the tools now at their disposal.

During this event, attendees will learn how to: do more with less, speed up the process, maximize cash flow now and long-term, increase accuracy and ensure peak workforce performance.

Cutting-edge content delivered by experts in a dynamic format include:

  • Optimize the use of robots, AI, and other innovative solutions to improve AP performance and streamline E2E invoice processing
  • Generate and translate real-time digitized data analytics to improve decision support and cash flow
  • Manage and empower AP teams in a distributed and virtual environment
  • Embed customer centricity into the DNA of finance operations
  • Deepen vendor relationships

THE JOHNSON & JOHNSON AP AUTOMATION TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY
Today’s modern, digital-first Accounts Payable department has wildly greater expectations than ever before. In the midst of the global pandemic, the need to optimize AP processes is paramount because optimizing cash is a priority. The term “big data” is more than just a buzzword worthy of an eye roll. It’s become a central theme in analytics strategies for finance departments around the world. One of the most dramatically affected areas is the Accounts Payable department, which has transitioned into an intelligence hub for finance, housing data that is strategically valuable. Why? Because AP analytics allows SSOs to maximize discounting programs, minimize supplier help desk requests, and make better informed decisions that impact cash flow favorably. Turn your AP department into a profit center by:

  • Obtaining accurate, real-time information on transactions, discounts, supplier updates, adoption rates, and more
  • Measuring and maximizing the impact of AP analytics
  • Using data to determine activities, trends, and gauge the future of the marketplace placing AP at the forefront of big data
