Koen Cuypers brings more than 18 years of experience helping organisations improve business processes with Microsoft Dynamics. He began as a functional Dynamics AX consultant before moving into pre-sales, product strategy and product leadership.

At Truvio, Koen leads Truvio AP Automation powered by ExFlow and TruvioSense, Truvio's intelligence layer. He combines deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with a practical understanding of how finance teams work. At the SSON AP Automation event, he brings a grounded perspective on reducing manual work, strengthening control and applying intelligence to finance processes.
