Claire is an experienced financial professional across all areas of financial and operations management, and more recently leading Process Improvement and Automation initiatives. Claire has been with Silicon Valley Bank for over 17 years and currently leads ADAPT (Analytics, Digital Automation and Program Team) working under the Head of Global Operations & Servicing to manage its Program & Change Office, Workforce Management and continues to manage company-wide Intelligent Processing Automation tools such as RPA, Workflow Management and Intelligent Document Processing. The ADAPT team works with global businesses and technology partners at SVB to optimize processes and promote a culture of operational excellence for the ongoing success of cross-functional initiatives across SVB Product and Global Operations & Enterprise Servicing initiatives.
