She has recruited to serve as change lead in the only 2 BNP Paribas Group wide HR change programs in 2021. She conceptualized & drove completion of a transversal Cultural Diagnostic within BNP Paribas's US based Information Security teams.

Managing multiple stakeholders in long-term projects like an SAP migration can be difficult. When there’s no end in sight, change fatigue can set in and engagement can drop quickly. This session will discuss how to not just prevent this, but to also engage stakeholders in the long-term with the right communication and prioritization. It will cover: 

  • Understanding the business problem to be solved for - and ensuring all stakeholders agree 
  • Establishing a culture of iterative improvement over one far-off goal 
  • Winning over stakeholders from the start with quick successes
