He has spent his career in the world of operations and auditing, mostly working with Fortune 500 companies including KPMG, Hewlett Packard and is now Senior Director of Internal Audit at Calpine (One of America’s largest independent generators of electricity). Jay has built his career by monitoring financial/operational controls to minimise risk, errors, fraud and making the most of internal and external resources.
