Before this role, Elyn had held the role of Vice President - Finance and board executive committee member of Lenze for 4 years and the role of CFO of a US-based PE invested Chinese company for 4 years. Before that, she spent nearly 10 years in GE from a management trainee to a business unit regional finance head. During her career, she has formalized the risk management and credit management, localized the capital management, established the governance structure, managed investor relationship, diversified financing channels and stipulated company strategies.
