Stan is a business leader with diverse international experience across various functions, industries, and geographies. After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, he started his career at Siemens Energy in Toronto as a financial controller, while working on his accounting designation. He then went back to the University of Toronto for his MBA and joined the investment banking industry, first at RBC Capital Markets M&A team in New York and then at BMO Capital Markets Financial Institutions Group in Toronto. Upon his move to Malaysia in 2017, Stan joined iPrice Group, an e-commerce startup, as a VP of Finance and BI. A year later he joined Ta Win Holdings Berhad, a publicly listed manufacturing company, as Chief Financial and Operating Officer. During his time in Malaysia Stan has also worked on a consulting basis with Futurelabs Ventures as a venture builder and separately launched several businesses including a social enterprise focused on children’s education and preservation of wildlife.
