IA EMEA Focus Day
Embracing a “we are all digital” ethos in your workforce

In 2023, the boundaries between IT and the business are rapidly diminishing. The truth is that now “we are all digital!” It’s an exhilarating but terrifying prospect and embraces the notion of end-to-end digital workflows, citizen developers and no code/low-code technology. This year’s IA World Series is designed to help organizations embrace this concept and fully make the most of what a digitally enabled workforce is capable of, whilst at the same time balancing the risk of changing too fast!

Through cutting edge case-studies and panel discussions we’ll be examining the following:

    • Transformation with purpose: Making digitization meaningful to people
    • The wider value proposition of IA: Both financial and non-tangible benefits
    • Critical data challenges: the right approach to data governance, security and ownership
    • Balancing the multitude of different IA technologies: IDP vs. RPA vs. AI
    • Generational AI: Can Chat GPT and its ilk be useful in Global Business Services?
    • Bite-sized vs. end-to-end intelligent automation

    3 Days, One Theme
In order to tailor our content to you, this year's IA World Series will consist of four separate days with case studies specific to your region! Find the one best suited to you, or attend all 3 and gather insight from across the world!
