Teresa Walla joined Republic Airways in 2017 to assist with the transformation of the HR Shared Services Group. By focusing on automation and efficiency she has worked in moving Republic from multiple disparate systems to one overarching system in HR that allows for better processes for the HR group and their Associates. Prior to Republic, Teresa served as the Manager of Global Payroll and Compliance for Interactive Intelligence where she decreased the payroll processing from 21 different in country processors and systems to 2, allowing for better reporting and efficiencies for the company.

By delving into what did the customer, our Associates, truly want from their experience with the payroll group; the team was able to develop an approach using coaching, technology and training, that led to an improvement in NPS scores by double digits year over year.
