Viewers of this session will delve into Lexmark’s 18-month BPM journey, showing how the organization utilized BPM solutions to pinpoint process re-engineering opportunities. The organization has documented over 2500 process diagrams, of which 2000 are for process tasks. Lexmark’s journey has been largely successful, with processes digitized in over 8 value streams within the GBS, and has led to simplification, standardization, and automation.
