As a business excellence professional with more than 15 years of experience, Vasudev has expertise in developing and implementing operational excellence strategies. Vasudev have also been involved in driving continuous process improvement initiatives and establishing PEX/RPA Centers of Excellence. In previous role at AXA Ireland, Vasudev successfully conducted process improvement projects using AGILE and Six Sigma methodologies, resulting in cost and efficiency improvements. Additionally, Vasudev has led teams of process improvement specialists and established an RPA Center of Excellence.
