Fabian is a global business process expert and member of the SAP BPI Center of Excellence, focusing on the adoption and roll-out of Business Process Intelligence in Asia. Fabian has over 20 years of experience in business process management and transformation and has helped numerous large clients to develop and improve their transformation projects, working with SAP Activate, Enterprise Architecture frameworks and SAP’s innovation portfolio. His range of work covers the design and roll-out of global standard operating models, management of major transformation projects and delivering innovation around Machine Learning and Blockchain. Prior to joining the BPI team, Fabian was working in SAP as a VP Finance for GRC and as Chief Consultant in the Business Transformation Team. Before SAP, he worked at IDS Scheer/Software AG as Head of Centre of Excellence for Process Driven SAP in Germany and as Senior Consulting Manager in Australia. In Singapore, he was leading the South-East Asia business for the Litmus Group (now PWC) as Managing Partner.
