Started her career at Henkel in CFO Office considering role of controllers in different areas of the organization including SSC. Moved to lead the Process & Service Optimization initiative in Business Unit Beauty Care in which the transfer of tasks from countries, regional hubs and HQ into SSCs have been designed and implemented. Took over the responsibility to lead the Project Management Office in Henkel’s biggest SSC in Bratislava, Slovakia. Currently based in HQ and responsible for the Global Quality & Continuous Improvement organization that is incorporating the Center of Expertise for Automation. She is currently Global Director Process Excellence at Olympus.
