SSON’s certification program gets a healthy response

SSON's managed certification and online learning program received great reviews last week at Shared Services & Outsourcing Week 2011, SSON’s North American conference. Despite the fact that delegates were busy attending plenary sessions and breakout meetings, dozens of potential learners visited the managed certification and learning program demo booth.
