We all know that there is pressure to streamline our processes and make the business as efficient as possible, Companies are not only trying to defend, but they are trying to grow, with the Finance function at the heart of many business transformation initiatives. To do this we need to understand how we as finance professionals collaborate with transformation functions, to enable this change. In this presentation, Wouter will look at his experience in finance transformation, as well as looking at the key transformation trends we have seen in the past year and will likely see in the year to come. He will look at different ways we can define transformation, and how we can evaluate our working models.
