Catherine has established and managed Shared Services Centres in both the private and public sectors. An accountant by training, Catherine moved into the shared services sector in 2010 when she established a service centre for the British Foreign Office in Manila. She has since worked in the sector in Copenhagen, Kuala Lumpur and Laos and is currently Chief of Service Quality at the UNICEF Global Shared Services Centre in Budapest, where her work focuses on customer engagement and change management.
