She brings experience from the energy industry, the non-profit world and small to mid-size growth organizations, specializing in people, talent, and business strategy. With her multi-passionate approach, she explores how technology and innovation can elevate people’s purpose and amplify their value at work; advances diversity, equity and inclusion in our workplaces; and, develops creative organizational solutions.

As the Senior Manager, Talent for TC Energy, she is responsible for delivering world-class outcomes for talent management and development. Her forward thinking and innovative approach results in robust people and business performance. You’ll often see her speaking at events on people and talent topics including Future of Work, Talent Strategy, DEI, and gender representation.

She has an MBA and a Certificate in Social Impact from Queens University, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary, holds her CPHR designation, sits on multiple Boards, and is a multiple award winner. Gillian is a mom, spouse, self-appointed foodie, avid world traveller and loves a hot cup of coffee. No matter what she is doing, she believes in being her authentic self in all aspects of her life.
